Ribbon-toy

I saw this idea in some blogs and because Noah Jamie needs to work on his fine motor skills I sewed him this.

 Here is lots to play with, pull, bite and so... Diego is connected with a Velcro strip, so he can play with it even when he is older... The blanket sizzles and tings too :)

 The back with some buttons... to the brown elastic you can also connect a pacifier :) I just forgot to put it on a corner...

Now Noah jamie can work on his fine motor skills ;)
It is also perfect as a gift :)

Noah Jamie 10 months

On the 1st my baby became already 10 months old!!! Here are a few pictures by typical American style: with the monthly number on a sheet ;)
And before you ask: I had already taken the glasses off, because I wanted to make him ready for bed when I remembered that I wanted to make the photos ;)

baby cappy

Last week I sewed a cappy for Noah Jamie. We have often wind here, so I like to put his toque on, but then he is dazzled by the sun... so I put both together in a cappy :) I used the plastic of an older cappy, just cut it smaler.

 This pic isn't really clear, but here you can see it from one side...

I made 2 hats out of 6 babyhats that didn't fit anymore or never ever fit...

easy Pacifierchain makeover

I like pacifierchains, so I can hold my baby without worrying to lost his pacifier... but after a while the ribbon from it didn't look nice anymore,

before

so I decidet to make a new one... it's pretty easy!!!
Here all I needed... okay, not all ;)... my sewingmashine of course ;)

I just cut off the old ribbon, sew the new ribbon and the velcro fastener and ready!!!

 And, do you like it???
It was much easier than the chain I did the last time... I try to show it tommorrow...
