Mashmallow Balls

Last week I tried the marshmallow balls first time. I loved to eat them at Albina's place :)
Marshmallow Balls:

10 caramel candy
1 / 2 tin sweetened condensed milk
1 / 2 cup butter or margarine

1 package marshmallows
Kellogg's Rice Krispies

1.The sweets melting slowly on medium heat, add the condensed milk and butter / margarine. Melt with constant stirring, until it is a smooth cream (do not boil).

2. the marshmallows just dip completely into the cream and immediately roll them in the crispies.
A little bit cooling down and hide from kids:)!

(By the way, the cream can be warmed again even after cooling and the finished Marshmallow Balls can be frozen.)
To bad they are all gone... I would love to take a biiiig bite!!! :)

yummy worms in dirt

I wanted to bake something for Lukas's class, but I didn't till yesterday. I also didn't have a spezial idea, so I would make just cupcakes... but a few days ago I saw these fancy cupcakes in a blog and my boys loved them, so I had to try :)
Yummy worms in dirt
a couple more of them together looks even more real :D
They were easy to make... I just baked some cupcakes, spread chocolate whipping cream on them, rolled in brownie crumbles and put the worms in :)
And not only my kids were thrilled of them, Lukas's class and JJ's minigo/preschool (they got some too, JJ was so consistent in asking and we had some left) liked to eat the worms in dirt too :D

Cherry- yogurt-choco-dessert

Today we had this dessert and the kids loved it!!! And it's not to sweet ;)
It's pretty easy, 1-2 tbl.sp. cherry-piefilling, a few tbl.sp. nature-yogurt (when you like it sweet you can add sugar) and sprinkle some choco crumbs on top. I used some of my last german Milka (choco and cookie) chocolate ;) You can also use kitkat or other goodies with something crunchy inside...
