curt cheese or sourcreamballs

After we had a traditioal german food on sunday at our friends I had to try something german :)
These balls are very famous in (the part of) germany, where we from. They are easy to make and taste great!!! And... they are small, a nice snack and the kids love it!!! I always bought it in a bakery, this was my first try ;)

Recipe (sorry, only in gr.... next time I measure it with cups) Okay, here is the recipe in cups now ;)

Curt cheese or sourcream balls

3 1/2 cups (500g) flour (all purpose)
1 1/4 cups (250g) sugar
2 pinch salt
3 tsp.(15g) bakingpowder
4 eggs
2 cups (500g) curt cheese or sourcream

mix well, bake teespoon-portions in hot oil

roll in cinnamon sugar
and enjoy ;)
